Looking back on that mail, it is poorly explained and full of typos and at least one entirely unfinished thought stopped right in the middle. I just wrote it and I almost don’t remember writing parts of it.

To clarify, the items were left previously at the pool, not that day, and I’m not even sure when, as I had not even noticed they were missing. Days before, I presume, since he’d washed them clothes and deliberated about it all.

I’ve attached the last communication I have had with him, and almost the only communication this week (the day before, I’d sent him the lawyer’s letter, and he’d assured me that he was “not going anywhere” and urged me to take Brad to court. And I said thank you, I’ll think about it. And that was about it. I have heard nothing from him since.

I may regret all this talking and telling and sharing. My goal was not to do this. Now I really go to work.
